Nothing more will be said about Storm's personality or character here, except to say that he is the main character of

Designation: Exclusive pilot of the 'Chaste Gazer'
Education and Training: There is no formal record of Chenine being involved in the Raiden VR training program at all prior
to her assignment. She signed-up with her regional militia on her eighteenth birthday (the earliest age to be recruited) in
order to defend the Keto Region from an insurrection movement. It should be noted that the Ketoni Militia kept rather poor
records of their soldiers, and didn't demand hard proof of age, so there might be a question as to Chenine's actual age. After
the war she was shipped from base to base in the Allied Military, a 'problem private' with many, many marks against her for
'passive insubordination'. She was jailed for a very short time on account of this, but her CO refused to press charges. Therefore,
Chenine was shipped out to the 'Alaska' of military bases, Base-10.

Education and Training: Sam completed the Advanced VR pilots' training program and was certified as an acceptable Raiden
pilot candidate at the age of 24. She was given a junior officer comission with an R-Type Dancer: the 'Pizzicato'. She secretly
had an ongoing affair with her commanding officer in the squadron. She is a dedicated soldier and committed military woman.
Her reassignment to Base-10, as well as her sudden upgrade in status from junior pilot to the almost un-heard of 'exclusive
pilot' status came as a surprise, to say the least.
